Heya Paul

I've been preoccupied with various things recently; yes thanks, I 
enjoyed the summer.

I've got a class for conversion - class.WikiPseudoXmlConverter.php, that 
appears to work.

There're changes to class.WikiParse.php and class.WikiReverseParser.php 
that appear sufficient.

Next task is to adapt class.FrontHtmlTransformer.php to accept (and 
require) the new, strict xml.

After that, I'll be converting the unit tests to check the various parses.

P.S. Issues 152, 158, 174, 181, 202 appear to be relevant to the parser. 
I had thought I'd closed a couple of them - 152 & 174. However, with the 
Parser out of commission, I'll finish up and go issue-hunting later.
