I am confused:

[ ] www.cowiki.org with latest interim code and
    dev.cowiki.org with latest dev and cloned DB

or

[ ] www.cowiki.org with 0.3.4 and
    dev.cowiki.org with interim code and cloned DB

?

Only the first option makes sense IMO, but it is not completely clear, what
you wrote.
