Hi internals,

As announced previously, I am now opening the vote for the RFC *=E2=80=9CAl=
low
Object Property Writes on Objects Referenced by Constants.=E2=80=9D*

RFC and voting: https://wiki.php.net/rfc/const_object_property_write

The vote will remain open for the standard two-week period and will close
on *Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 23:59 UTC*.

I would like to thank everyone who participated in the discussion and
