WLS, but that solves different questions: - people would use WLS to install PHP locally, in a linux-compatible environment (even if I'd prefer docker for that) - people would use PhpManager to install PHP locally, in a Windows native environment (yep, I've seen many Windows web servers used in production) -- Michele
