Your changes need to be approved and committed by someone who has Doc
commit Karma, this is to prevent random (and harmful) edits.

Moreover, you usually won't be granted a PHP account unless you do multiple
contributions beforehand which are approved by the doc people.
You should be able to use your GitHub account to modify your current W.I.P.
edits or patches.

And finally from my understanding a DokuWiki account is only there to allow
user to write RFCs without the need of a PHP account.
