Hi Sorin,

Thanks for volunteering.  Before granting a PHP.net account request for the
documentation, it would be good to see a little more from you; mostly to
see that you're familiar with the documentation and its ecosystem.  Have
you submitted any other docs patches in the past? You also mentioned
contributing to the website, do you have anything particular in mind?  Are
there any questions that you have for us, about contributing to the docs or
any other part of the PHP project?
