Thanks for willing to take care of the Ukrainian translation of the PHP
manual!  Your SVN account request has been approved, and phpdoc/uk karma
has been granted.

Presumably, you are already aware that maintaining a translation is a
pretty huge undertaking for an individual, so you may want to try to
find others who are willing to help with this.  In any way, it appears
to sensible to cater to out-dated translation files first, before
actually providing new translations.

In case you did not know yet, there is a tutorial for PHP documentation
contributors available[1].  If you have further questions, don't
hesitate to ask on this list.
