Most changes should come via the systems Git repo [1], though some initial
setup / checking out of Git repos etc. might be necessary on the box.
Have you looked through the relevant scripts and configuration there?

I'm happy enough to give you access to euk2, but please try to stick with
the systems setup as much as possible (which might mean adding new scripts,
cron jobs, etc.).
