Hey Tiffany and Docs-List

Some time ago I added monitoring of the PHP-infrastructure via
OhDear-App. They also do checks for broken links.

I could happily activate that for the docs and add someone to the team
that handles these ikind of issues then.

Any takers? Apart from Tiffany? ;-)
