Hello,

I'm encountering a somewhat similar issue. I'm trying to commit a file via
TortoiseSVN, when it prompts me for my account credentials, it repeatedly
says authentication failed. I did recently change my password on
master.php.net, could this have anything to do with it?

Basic troubleshooting: I'm copying/pasting my password from my password
manager, I tried logging into master.php.net with the same
username/password, and it worked fine.
