Workflow for updating translations faster

Hello the Doc mailing list,

I hope most translators are subscribed to this list as I've setup a
semi-efficient workflow for updating the French translation with the
various large commits which are being made to the docs in regards with
updating the parameter names.

I've also made a script which will update the EN-Revision tag when the
patch command didn't have any issue merging, which is located here:

Feedback and improvements are welcomed, and I hope this helps some of the
other translations.
