All languages that exist on git.php.net would need a mirror at github.

Those languages that are available in SVN are the ones that are
considered inactive (no activity in the last 2.5 years and not
selectable on php.net as they are part of the $INACTIVE_ONLINE_LANGUAGES
array)

As said: I'm happy to do it if  get the karma to do it if that can speed
up the process...
