Currently there is a list of languages that the documentation is
displayed for and that have a community that makes sure that there are
not only one or two pages up to date but a bit more. And even those
languages have - partially - only 10% of the english documentation
translated in an up-to-date manner. So unless there is a number of
contributors that allow a decent translation it doesn't make sense to
have a repository for a language that will then be hopelessly outdatet
so that you will needto check the neglish docs anyhow for the latest stuff.

Therefore currently we will only have mirrors for the active languages
after we moved over to git. Unless that happened you will need to use
edit.php.net :-/
