Re: Moving from SVN to git - finally!

Thanks Andreas. I was not yet set up for git.php.net and perhaps others are
not as well: instructions are at
https://wiki.php.net/vcs/gitworkflow#initial_setup It does take a bit for
the SSH key to propagate but it does.

Perhaps someone would like to update README in base.git to reflect the
current situation?
