Hello Davide,

I have been slightly busy again but it is mostly working now with a small
caveat.
The script is available on GitLab https://gitlab.com/php-infrastructe/doc
where the
relevant parts are in the build/ and src/Helper/ folders.
Sadly it seems the SVN to git migration seemed to have dropped some commits
which only affected SVN attributes thus files which are identical might be
marked outdated because of that and it's pretty hard to automatically fix
this as
its the translation which has a commit in the future compared to the EN
version.

One idea is to make a script based on the outdated file list that generates
a patch
which would set the "old"(/current) commit hash to the translation if, and
only if,
the git diff is empty.
But I haven't had time to play with this yet, and I still should make this
compatible
with out current doc-web repo.

Best regards,

George P. Banyard
