Beware of muddling country codes and language codes - they don't always 
overlap.

In this case, "br" is the ISO language code for the Breton language, 
according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes - 
although to be fair, there's unlikely to ever be a Breton PHP manual.

(Similarly, the United Kingdom has a special reservation on the country 
code "UK", but the language code "uk" is used for Ukrainian.)
