Hi Jano,
For what reason do you need access to https://edit.php.net? Since PHP has
switched to github for hosting, https://edit.php.net isn't really used
anymore. Edits can be done from the Github editor and merged into an
official repository. I understand that there isn't a doc-ka repository yet,
but that can be remedied. Please focus on translating more of the manual.
You've said in a previous email that you have a team of ten people who can
assist. If a Georgian translation is desired, I encourage you to continue
your efforts.
