There is no mailing list for that language, nor a repository. If you wanted to trailblaze that and would spearhead the effort, provided it could be peer-reviewed, then absolutely, resoundingly, yes. It would be a huge undertaking, and a long-term commitment, though, so please consider that before diving into the mess.
