chm files do not seem to be updated

Hi.

Recently I migrated chm files generate system from AWS to my local Windows 11 box, and updated doc-base/scripts/fetch-chms.php. But chm files are not updated for 2 weeks.

It seems that systems cannot be updated because it refers to svn sources.

Is anyone have permission to look into this?
