Contributing to the docs projects

Hi everyone,

I'm Adiel and I've been around for a long time making little contributions
to the PHP community here and there. I'm a member of the php-doc-pt team
and intend to extend my contributions to other projects.

I picked an issue on the php-doc repo [1] but I'm not sure what's the best
way to start helping. Any advice?
