I guess it is ok to use pretty tuned phpdoc heuristics for this list also.

So, are there any chances? =)
I can add that commits to non en/ subtree of phpdoc/ can be forwarded
to this list as well as Livedocs and other relevant stuff. Separate
"documentation tools" bug category also will not hurt.
