links to http://php.net/ from chm?

Hello,

It would be nice if the .chm file contained hyperlinks to php.net 
website: I use it to open up some function help from my IDE because it's 
fast to load but then I sometimes have to manually switch to php.net 
website if I ever want to read user notes.

Basically, linking the function name in the functions reference section 
  to http://php.net/<function> would probably be useful.

I have tried the "extended chm" file but eventually prefered the simpler 
chm file.

Anyway, thank you for all the awesome work with PHP documentation!
