*Dev-PHP 2. <http://www.code-genie.com> :* Copy the help file *.chm to a 
subdirectory. Start Dev-PHP, Click on Menu item Options Â» General 
options... In the upcoming window, activate the Extra Tab. Enter the 
full path name of the compiled help file (or locate it via the locate 
button) then choose the correct language in the corresponding combo-box. 
Finish with a click on the Ok button.
In order to test, open a php file, place the cursor on a PHP keyword 
then press the F1-key.
