Right to left languages

I'm working on a site in English, Hebrew and Arabic.

 

The Drupal language system works perfectly.

 

I'm using the co-ment system to collect user comments.

If you go to Hebrew on that page...

 

Nothing I do seems to create a right to left text.

 

Not even inline styles like

 

<p style="dir:rtl; float:right;">

 

If I put Hebrew and Arabic on English pages no issues. No problems mixing
language and text direct.

 

And in edit mode everything is fine.

 

Anyone have some clues on how the language system works that might help?
