Re: Removing modules from Drupal.org

Projects with code aren't generally deleted for community reasons more 
than technical reasons. Deleted projects leave interested people with 
nowhere to contribute.

As the projects mentioned here don't have any code in them, they can 
probably be deleted, or maybe just unpublished. The way to do that is to 
open an issue in the webmasters queue:
