help locating module if there is one

Hi, I am looking for a way to do the following if I can:

Have a way to grant access to a node by showing a user list. If checked the
user has access, if not checked then the user will not be able to see the
node.

I'm trying to go through the module list for drupal 7, but I don't think I'm
seeing any way to do this, any thoughts?
