I believe there is no single module that would all of it,. might require
some custom work.

For FB, you could use https://www.drupal.org/project/simple_fb_publish and
use Rules module to configure what to post and when to post.

Similar ones could be built for others (if there are not any already).

I built and maintain simple_fb_publish. Feel free to shoot me an email if
you have any trouble configuring it.
