Navigation doesn't work in Chrome and Safari

Hi to all,
I hope this one is gonna be easy for you. :-)
The multi-level navigation on the website I=92m taking care of, http://usro=
ute6iowa.org, doesn't work in Chrome, Safari nor IE. Works fine in Firefox.=
 I=92m using Nexus Theme.
Is it something wrong with the Theme or I, eventually did something wrong?
