Seeing as I am using php-fpm, I did run `/usr/local/sbin/php-fpm -i` and
for sure it does not list the two modules as loaded.
I tried `/usr/local/sbin/php-fpm -c /usr/local/etc/php.ini -i` - which also
doesn't give a different output.
Now I am more stumped.

Any ideas?
