As of the last time I checked, there was at one time some folks trying to
work out a php interpreter engine akin to micropython but as I understood
it, the project fizzled or at least is in a not-so-moving forward state. If
you want me to try to track down the specific links, I can give it a shot.
Try googling microphp maybe?
