trying to install/setup a test github app/

Hi.

Long shot here.

Trying to setup/install/test a laravel/github app. Trying to simply
get the app running using ubuntu/apache, in a subfolder.

ie - http://1.2.3.4/test

/var/www/html/test

with the required config files, as well as the root/public ".htaccess" files.

I'm missing something subtle, can't see it.

I've got a few other test laravel apps that are running in subfolders
that work. I'm using the same basic process, so something's different
with this app

The app is  --https://github.com/invoiceninja/invoiceninja.

I've set up the test to be on a digital ocean instance with ubuntu/apache.

If you're skilled, I'm more than willing to pay something for this!!

I've posted to gig sites, as well as the usual QA sites with no luck.
