psuedocode/logic -- viral/referral growth process

Hi.

Starting to put together basic logic for a waitlist/referral/viral
growth process with rewards tiers based on the "child" users generated
by a given parentUser.

Thought I'd post to see if anyone would want to use the logic/process,
possibly test it, comment on it, give initial input as to what you
might think something like this should have!
