off topic -- looking for test/example open cource web apps

Hi.

Sort of off topc.  looking for php (or an other) example/open source web
apps, that are working/relatively new!

Specifically:
 Looking for apps that show examples of collapsible/accordion sidebar
   nav. Preferably, ones that also hiide/display the navbar.
 Apps that can handle 100K emails in campaigns -- So list/mkting
   mgmt functions-- for cheap of course!!
 Apps that might deal with, or implement viral/referral community
    growth processes
