Re: [PHP-INSTALL] ./configure options for building php 5.5.21

If you get the source rpm ( ... .src.rpm), which should be
available,  you can unpack it with rpm2cpio which should, among
other things, give you the .spec file, which should have what you're
after in the "build()" sections.
