Re: [PHP-INSTALL] Cannot run http://localhost/hello.php or http://127.0.0.1/hello.php

Are you using Apache, or PHP's built-in web server?  Unfortunately I have
no experience with the built-in web server, so if that's the case, then I'm
not sure what the issue could be.  If it's Apache, then you need to edit
your httpd.conf file and define your document root there.
