PHP 7.3.0 Install on Solaris 10 Issues

Good afternoon,

I am getting an error when I run the "make" on my Solaris 10 Sparc computer=
.
pcre2_jit_compile.c:8211: error: duplicate case value.

Prior to this I had to add "-std=3Dgnu99" to my CFLAGS to get around C99 en=
vironment error.
I currently have PHP 5.6.40 installed with Apache 2.4.34.  This "configure,=
 make, make test" worked just fine.

Right now the "make" for 7.3.0 fails.

Please assist.
