Hi,

MDB2_Driver_sqlite exists but requires old deprecated "sqlite" extension.

I recently discovered than ownClound use MDB2, with various drivers, and
provides the MDB2_Driver_sqlite3.

I think, it will be great to have this one in the PEAR repository.
