[PEPr] Comment on RFC::Uploadcare

Heya,



there are a few things — mostly coding standard related:



 1. pear install PHP_CodeSniffer

 2. phpcs path/to/your/codebase



On top — I think your class should be "Services\UploadCare" to designate
it's a webservice wrapper.



LBNL — I'd love to see this in PEAR2. ;)
