Update packages depending on HTTP_Request2?

Hi,

Recent composer releases of HTTP_Request2 are no longer setting the 
include_path, relying on autoloading instead.

Unfortunately there are several packages depending on HTTP_Request2 that do an 
unconditional
require_once 'HTTP/Request2.php';

These work when installed with PEAR but break with composer. See e.g.

The first issue even has a PR for XML_RPC2 attached that wasn't merged for a 
couple years.

I can do PRs for affected packages, a question is: can someone merge them and 
tag the new versions?
