Notice of intent to stop maintaining Archive_Tar / VersionControl_SVN

Hi all,

I've been (co-)maintainer of Archive_Tar and VersionControl_SVN for =
quite some time. Lately I have noticed my motivation to continue =
maintaining those packages drop.

A drop significant enough that I'm making the decision to remove myself =
as maintainer from those packages. To give the PEAR community some time =
to find a new maintainer, I'm withdrawing per January 1st, 2023. Of =
course I'll be available to discuss the packages with the new =
maintainer(s).
