Hi,

Can someone with write access fetch 
https://github.com/ktomk/Net_URL2/releases/tag/v2.2.3 
<https://github.com/ktomk/Net_URL2/releases/tag/v2.2.3> to bump the new 
version?

And thinking, we may also want to have a clean ff-merge of the master 
branch there (it applies clean.)
