Frontend

I know we have discussed this before but is there a frontend yet ? I'm 
still having to try and build my own Frontend where I still dont get 
quite everything to know about the API. Some of the tables are not 
documented what they do in the admin examples. Applications and areas 
for instance.  I have got the basics down ie userlists, adding users, 
editing users. The form is generated dynamically using QuickForm with 
the custom options aswell. I have got adding applications and areas ok, 
but i still dont get what they do. Let me know.
