For the CVS version you have to have MDB2 beta4 install at least and
MDB2 Schema, that way it should work just fine.

There isn't any web or cli installer because projects needs are
different so we have just kept to implementing the installer part into
the installer of the given application, so LU has never gotten its own,
if you like to make one then go ahead, by all means.

Btw. try to gather your thoughts into 1 or 2 emails instead of rushing
of and send 5 - 8 emails :-)
