LiveUser - example4 and example5

Hi,
I would install database for example 4 from LiveUser package and
demopdata.php get me this error

I could not populate the database, see error below
  MDB2 Error: constraint violation
  [Last query: INSERT INTO liveuser_applications
(application_id,application_define_name) VALUES (1,'BACKOFFICE')]
[Native code: 1062]
[Native message: Duplicate entry '1' for key 1]

The install of example 5 make no problems.
I would login and the script say: "Sorry but you cannot access this page"
