allowDuplicateHandles question?

Hi,

 

Just a short question - is not the meaning of the property
allowDuplicateHandles in the config-array to disallow creation of users with
the same handles? 

 

If yes, it doesn't work since the addUser method add users with the same
handle to the storage container without checking the restraint.
