well that is to be expected. like i said you will need to change the 
values of all boolean fields if you switch from MDB2 to DB on mysql.

Not really ..

Just to clarify once more. The example data is made for MDB[2] backends. 
The admin API will however generate the data in the proper format as 
long as you use the same config for both the admin and the client. So I 
am still unsure if you really solved your original problem.
