logout

I don't know what's happening, but I can't get current liveuser
working.
I downgraded to version 0.15.1 and my app works fine.

I have a trouble with logout.

In Liveuser 0.16.5. when passing logout=true,
I get empty page. After refreshing forceLogin works as expected. I
played with it about 2 hours but didn't found what causes
this to happen. :(
I will try to debug this in the evening ...
