uhm .. so whats the plan .. i guess we will fold it into PEAR CVS?

we may eventually split drivers out of the core package, but i guess for 
now we will just stick it into the core LiveUser ..

let me know if you have a somewhat final version. for now you would need 
to send us diff's of any changes you want done to the pear cvs version.
