phpdoc fixes

Hi,

ok i have now touched every single file and updated the phpdoc comments. 
  i am sure there are still mistakes here and there, but overall the 
situation should be much improved. so if you come across something 
fishy, its way more likely you are not understanding liveuser than that 
there is an error in the phpdoc. also please file any issues you do 
notice so that we can solve them quickly.

anyways, with the numerous fixes we have in cvs its really high time we 
make another release. however the mdb2 backend needs the cvs version of 
mdb2, so either i need to release mdb2 cvs or we need to do s/exec/query 
in the implementation of the exec() method in the mdb2 storage container.

i guess the two big tasks left for the next release are:
- update the changelog
- test all the examples
