Definitions

Hello all,

Seams this list hasn't been active since 2003 but I'll try my luck anyhow.

I am new to LiveUser and like to first thank you guys for the great work.
My intention is to create a backend / admin area, which of course I will 
make public.
Unless you guys have already done something in this direction???

However my question is what the intended use of all the categories 
exactly are? They seam to overlap a little as in:
Why do we need area_admin_areas if we already have areas
I guess I don't exactly understand why we need areas at the first place 
if we have groups?

Also what is right_implied for?

Sorry I am feeling a bit stupid asking these questions but I am not sure 
just have an idea and should know for sure before I start coding.
